Training

A dated certificate for every person, and a renewal clock that runs itself.

Record training completions — from your own course or whichever provider you already use — and the platform issues the per-person certificate, tracks each individual's renewal date, and chases the people who fall behind.

The certificate is the point

Each person's certificate carries their name, the course, the completion date and a reference number sequential within your organization. It is what goes in the binder and what a client asks to see.

Bring the course you already use

We do not publish courseware, deliberately: regulatory instruction with no credentialed reviewer behind it is a liability, not a feature. Use your existing provider, your own material, or a live session — the records, certificates and renewal tracking work the same either way.

Reminders that chase, so you do not have to

Nudges before a renewal date and after it passes, sent to the individual, with the outstanding list visible to the compliance owner. This is the single most requested thing missing from competing products.

Renewal on each person's own clock

Training renews on the interval you set from each individual's completion date, so someone who joined in March is not forced onto the same schedule as the January cohort.

Common questions

Can I get a HIPAA certification for free?
An individual can earn a certificate of completion from a training course, and HHS publishes free awareness materials — but no organization can be 'HIPAA certified', free or paid; no such designation exists. What a client or investigator accepts is a per-person, dated training record, which is exactly what each course here produces. Renewal runs on each person's own completion date, with annual refreshers as the widely adopted practice.

Software and researched information, not legal advice. No product can make an organization “HIPAA certified” — no such designation exists under the HIPAA rules, and using this service does not establish that you comply with them.
